First problem:
Everytime i try to save a file from ANY program, the save to destination window would open up, but then freeze. Everytime i go to a media player, click on file, and open...the open window would open, but again freeze...On msn When i try to send a file to a friend, the open window would open again but freeze. Everytime this happens, i have to CTRL + Alt + Del.
I believe this is not the programs fault, it only happens when the open or save to wondow opens up. How do i fix this so it doens't freeze?

Problem 2:
All my folder icons have been replaced with either
- the icon where the computer doesn't have a program to open it
or
- the recyling bin icon
How do i change it back to the regular yellow folder icons. I know i can right click > properties to change the folder icon, but ALL my folders have change, and it would take FOREVER to change each on manually. Yes, manually cuz when I check the option to change all subfolders too, it doesn't change all subfolders. It just does nothing.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
