I am getting a bit mad now...
I never had this problem before.
Out of no where, when I open yahoo IM...as soon as I login, this pops up: "Yahoo IM: runtime error has occurred. Do you wish to debug?" "Line 36 Error: Object expected."I have uninstalled yahoo IM and reinstalled, and still keeps popping up. I hit "NO" for debugging cuz one time I hit YES, it was on all night, and by morning the screen still was at some sort of debugging screen, so I "X'ed" out and it asked me "Are you sure you want to stop debugging?" Well, of course I am, it was supposedly doing it all night!!
So, now when I reply NO to the debugging, it goes away for the whole time I am on yahoo IM, but the next time I come back and login, it does it again!
Anyone can help me?? I am getting mad at this...LOL
Thanks to anyone that can help.

If the problem is with script debugging, you can turn it off
in your browser settings, although that might be
inconvenient and a bit of a workaround if you're a
developer!Just go to your browser settings (Tools in IE) then disable
the scripting debugging options if you scroll down in the
Advanced settings.Should just say 'Display a notification about script errors'
- uncheck that.Have you noticed any similar problems on any other IM
clients that you use? MSN, AIM?

No, no similar errors as I use no other but yahoo IM.
Now, it is doing it only sometimes, LOLI did all you said, and it still made no difference with that error. I even did a system restore to a few weeks before the error started, still kept coming up, so I formatted my HD, (needed a good cleanout anyway), reinstalled yahoo for Vista, and it is still doing it just not as often.
Thanks for your help though.Never enter a battle of wits with an unarmed person...
