I have two instances of rundll32.exe running in Task Manager. Both are located in the System 32 file. The size of hte files for both is 43.5 (44 on disk). One takes up 624 memory and the other takes up 760 memory.
Is this normal????
Thanks for the help!

The rundll32.exe file is located in the folder C:\Windows\System32. In other cases, rundll32.exe is a virus, spyware, trojan or worm! Check this with Security Task Manager.
Virus with same name:
W32.Miroot.Worm - Symantec Corporation
Backdoor.Lastdoor - Symantec Corporation
Trojan.StartPage - Symantec Corporationwebmaster of http://www.webtlk.com
try to use an online scanner to determine if you have been pestered with something:

I have three instances of Rundll32.exe running on my computer. They are all listed as rundll32.exe. When I view the modules in Process Watch 2007 the first module in two of the rundll.exe instances is Rundll32.exe while in the third instance of rundll32.exe the first module is RUNDLL32.exe. Would that be a problem or should I not worry about it?
