hi i was wondering Is it possible to Run vista 64 bit as my main os But partion my drive or use some kind of program to dual boot windows. What i wanna know is can i have a partion of vista 32 bit os? and my main partion be 64 bit os? i have a Dell studio desktop quad core 2.66GHz and 6Gb ram and 640 Gb hard drive. Is this possible?

You can have almost an unlimited number and kind of OS's on a system. See the thousands of articles on how to dual boot.

I'd suggest that you run a virtual machine such as virtualbox or others. That way you don't have to worry about your main install. See also VMware's Virtual appliances, prebuilt OS's of every kind.

For most 32 bit OS's you may be limited on your ram by up to half as much. Your system will support older 32 bit OS's.
