Any chances I'm missing the start menu folder somewhere, like likely in the control panel folder? Or how many might one expect to have on the OS, so I might see if it's missing from there?? Asking as after oddly finding a "start menu" folder sitting on my vista ho-prem (SP1 w/x86) desktop, I searched for where such a folder's title was still found. I'm assuming, either I copied it and forgot I place it there, or more likely my touchpad is causing folder's to be drag copied and plopped wherever it lands at. Most likely it got inadvetantly dragged out of wherever it belongs. My only other such folders currently on my system (in a simple search) are at...
