Is there a way to save and embedded flash file off a web, like YouTube, but that works with all embedded Flash?

Thanks

I'm not sure whether it is is unversally applicable, but for YouTube videos, I remove the file from the Temporary Internet Files folder, rename it and give it an .flv extension.

Then I play it on the FLV player I found with a Google search and downloaded free of charge.
