hi ive recently formatted my computer, forgetting that my passwords for my subscriptions are saved and entered each time via the 'cookie' is there any way to get these back? as i used to auto sign in i dont know all the passwords.

There are certain software that can do the magic but, as far as i know they are pretty expensive. i advise you to use the world-famous " i forgot my password" link next to the login field of your accounts.
If instead you have accidentaly deleted your files from your computer have a look at these articles on how to recover files from your PC and recover files thanks to freeware software
