Removing Ease of Access button?

Hello,
When I first received my Hp laptop, and completed the install for Vista Home Premium, I could have swear that the "Ease of Access button" was not present at the logon screen.
Now I see it there and not sure how it got there. Could anyone tell me how to remove it from the logon screen? I seen tutorials on how to disable it, but I would like it removed like it was before.
I've seen some videos online of the login screen, and some Vistas do not show the Ease of Access button on the logon page...
