my magicjack which was initially working well in my laptop vista ,now it is not working the softphone icon says no network connection ,though i am online,it launches correctly but it is not ready to make a call, so i want to delete the old files completly from the registry and reinstall my magicjack after formatting,please help

I AM UNABLE TO DELETE THE FILES FROM THE REGISTRY THOUGH I TRIED TO GIVE PERMISSIONS TO EVERYONE,USER,ADMINISTRATOR,IT SAYS CANNOT DELETE YMAX-------,AND ANOTHER FILE WITH SERIAL NUMBER IN UBSTOR,PLEASE HELP
