How can i remote access from windows xp/vista to Ubuntu that is installed in the server?
I need a software or program to do it right? Anyone know how can I do it?

Plenty of ways. VNC and clones, nomachine, X windows, all sorts of terminal sessions, could even run a virtual linux in xp and use any linux only apps.

"Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, antivirus, anti-spyware, Live CD's, backups, are in my top 10
