I have an English version of vista home install on my HP computer. Is it possible to erase and reinstall vista, using a Spanish version of vista, but still use my own oem licensed key? I know Microsoft has the LIP for vista home but it does not translate everything. MUI does but that is for the ultimate version. Thanks

Negative, your license key is to that cd alone, nothing else. In other words, you will have to keep with the english version. hopefully below link will help you.
