My recycle bin is working fine...it shows it has items in it but it does not show the actual items in it. I mean the icon shows it's full but when I open the folder, there are no items showing AND at the bottom it says 0 items even though the icon shows it's full. (when I click empty recycle bin it asks if I am sure I want to delete # items)........anyone able to help?

I did what you said Tufenuf, but now what I'm seeing is....the only items that show that I have deleted are the ones i delete while the recycle bin is open. Like....if i have the recycle bin open and i delete something, it shows up and says there is an item in the recycle bin, BUT if i close the recycle bin and reopen it the folder says 0 items again (but shows it's full) and when Empty Recycle Bin is clicked it asks if i'm sure i want to delete # items.......is there something else i can do?
