Recover dvd multi session burn

Hi I burned a backup disc in Cheetah DVD Burner and reinstalled windows before checking it was burn and it didnt burn right and wont show up under My Computer Browse Disc.. I checked and it has 2 sessions on it the first one is the good one and is an ISO-9660 Joliet image I think... is there any program to recover that or anything I can do?
