|OK, if you didn't send the emails then it means your email account has been compromised. If it is a webmail account - Hotmail, Yahoomail, GMail etc then immediately change your password. It's probably too late to stop your contacts getting spammed, but if they are actually using your account then changing the password has a good chance of stopping the mails coming from you.|
If that doesn't work then you have little option but to forget that webmail account and get a new one.
If, however, you use an email client, like Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird etc. then you still need to change your passwords but also run a full security scan on your system with whatever security program you have.
Incidentally it's the 'details' in the transcript that will give you more clues as to what is sending the emails.
