Specs: Windows Vista
The emails are from MAIL DELIVERY SUBSYSTEM, RETURNED MAIL from several emails addresses I communicate to. What is causing this and how can I get rid of or correct? Thank You, Bernita

It really depends on the reason for return, which should be somewhere in the message you get back. Are these actual emails you've sent or are they ones that you haven't sent (in other words has your account been hijacked & being used for spamming your contacts?)

OK, if you didn't send the emails then it means your email account has been compromised. If it is a webmail account - Hotmail, Yahoomail, GMail etc then immediately change your password. It's probably too late to stop your contacts getting spammed, but if they are actually using your account then changing the password has a good chance of stopping the mails coming from you.
If that doesn't work then you have little option but to forget that webmail account and get a new one.

If, however, you use an email client, like Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird etc. then you still need to change your passwords but also run a full security scan on your system with whatever security program you have.

Incidentally it's the 'details' in the transcript that will give you more clues as to what is sending the emails.
