Specs: Windows 7
I was wanting to know how I can reboot my toshiba computer that is a 32 version without the disk? It has crashed on me I can get into the HDD part on computer. But not any further on getting to the point of having my computer to reboot bac to factory. I need your help. Please and thank you.

You'll need to describe the problem more clearly so people here can understand what you're asking. I gathered that you want to factory reset your laptop, but it isn't starting up? What happens when you press the power button?

As RMT2 says, you need to be more specific on what your problem is. When you say you can 'get into the HDD part on computer' what exactly does that mean? If the computer only gets so far in booting then the exact point at which it stops is very important to diagnose the problem. Also a model number of your computer would be useful - we don't even know if you are referring to a desktop, laptop, or all-in-one.
