Rearrange programs in startup menu

Vista. Is it possible to rearrange programs in startup menu.
Would like to group all related programs together.

Mr XP, followed your link. Appears can't do as I wished. As you say, 'Maybe' in SP 1.

Could not get 'Drag and Drop' to work.
Did try that method several times before original post without success.
