I have a fujitsu siemens G31T-M2 motherboard. According to "system info" software and http://www.crucial.com/systemscanner/ there should be two available slots besides the two slots which are already busy with two ram modules.
However after opening the case I saw there aren't any more ram slots besides those two ones which are already used. Why are crucial and "system info" displaying wrong information?

According to "System info" software, I have 1GB DDR2-666 (333Mhz) in each slot currently.

I want to buy two more ram modules to increase ram capacity up to 4 GB. Now I guess I will have to try replacing the two 1GB ram modules with two 2GB ram modules.

I asked in a store for these modules and they told me they just have ddr2 which run at 667Mhz speed. Should they work with my mother board? Should they go faster? Are my motherboard's slots ready to install DDR2 RAM at 667 Mhz? Should I wait until I find 2GB 333Mhz ram modules because they might be cheaper the ones which run at 667Mhz?
Is 54 euros (vat included) a good price for a 2GB DDR2 RAM module in general?
What is the meaning of the number 666 in the information displayed like DDR2-666 (333Mhz) by "System info"?
