Comment:

Ok, heres the breakdown. I just loaded the Vista 32Bit OS to give it a go... I have run XP Pro for years and have few complaints but complaints all the same. I figured I would run the 32 bit first then the 64 bit (once they have correct drivers for the software/hardware I own) after I have tested and have learned the changes in the upgrade from XP. I am current running a 2 year old CPU Custom Built to do whatever the F*@$ I want it to, without losing speed or having to wait. I am currently connected at 14-20MPS Download and 1.4-2MPS on my own network. I will post my system specs at the bottom. THE ISSUE: I would like to be pointed in the right direction I am not looking for an exact answer as I realize that may not be possible yet. But I cannot understand why that when I choose to open a program like Media Center my CPU usage raises to 20% and my system memory reaches about 30% usage. BUT THE FREAKING PROGRAM WILL NOT LOAD FOR LIKE 30 seconds to 1 MINUTE!!!! My hardware system is not acting like it is having any trouble either (no flux in fan speed or excess sound from the diskdrive). I have looked in the system reg and the startup files for running backround programs. I have uninstalled all antiviruses and windows toolbars search bars. Yet it will not speed up. I should be able to burn 10 DVDs at once with this settup but right now it would take them a half and hour to start. Maybe I am being impatient but, physically speaking this should not be happening. As it is the same settup as before on XP which FLEW like lightning! ... well any answers will be appreciated and suggestions on anything including my rants welcomed :) Thanks for reading and any help in advance.
