Basically, you need to purchase a Windows Anytime Upgrade Pack. The pack will come with your higher edition of Windows Vista product key, 32-bit & 64-bit Windows Anytime Upgrade DVDs & upgrade instructions.

Edit: I must have misinterpreted your inquiry, there isn't a key to convert your upgrade installation to a full installation.
