There used to be a helper on these boards called mavis007. She has not posted since October 9, 2011 and before that she had been involved with at least 3514 posts. The chances of us finding what you are referring to without a link to it are about zero.
You need to tell us your computer make and model and all about your problem - now in December 2012.
