Hi

I'm having problems connecting to a WIF router.

My Dell 1525 has never had a problem before, so its unlikely to be a problem with it.and the signal is 100% from the router.

Antoher laptop has no problem connecting to the router, so that seems to be fine.

But when I try to get the web, I can't get anything.

I can connect with a cable, but not Wifi, despite everything appearing to work fine.

The only thing is - when I go to Connect To Network box, there's an orange circle on the Wifi Icon.

I've never seen this orange circle before..

I've checked my antivirus, tried updating, restarting, System Restore - but nothing work.

Any ideas?

Thnaks

The connection between multiple Networks and Internet has a red X on it, I guess its broken, but diagnosis does not show anything.

You have the signal but no connection.

Do you see the router's SSID in your PC's wireless connection if there is one broadcast?

Did you install something, software or hardware or Windows update, before you experienced the problem ?

Did you change a setting in your wireless connection ? Do you have any wireless security settings between router and your now-problematic PC ?

Regards
