I have a big problem with my nex laptop acer aspire 2920: I have a software called acer arcade set up with the pc but when I open it, it doesn't find any file in my computer (music or pictures). Please help me what do I have to do?

I am not familiar with Acer Arcade, but if it is supposed to be something like Vista Media Center, you need to configure the program in order to setup a "media" library ... I believe this to be something you may have yet to do or have you done that?

thank you for the response but I don't know how to configure the program in the "media" library, however, it sets a destination folder and it is the same as my media destination...

Look at the program's help file for the media library configuration instruction. Although, I would think should be pretty straight forward, but as I said from earlier, I am not familiar with Acer Arcade & there is next to no material guide on the internet regarding the program.
