Hi Guys, Is there any one out there who can help me solve my problem on my Desk Top Before im using a WINDOW XP HOME EDITION when my son use it he put a password that he cant remember anymore i call a tevhnician to fix this problem. The technician said that it was hopeless and the only solution is to RE-INSTALL a new O.S. He Install a new O.S. but he Fil to do it he said maybe theres a problem in MOTHERBOARD i dont believe in what he said so i try to fix it on my own I try to install WINDOW XP PROFESIONAL but i also failed and then i try to install VISTA ULTIMATE and it works now my problem is if i need to restart my computer before it reach the window opening it automatically SHUT DOWN is there anything i miss when i install the new VISTA ULTIMATE O.S. If anyone know how to solve this SHUT DOWN problem Please im begging you help me please phil

If your machine is shutting down before Windows is loaded, you might have a hardware issue on your hands. yes i tried restarting in safe mood and it works i also tried to remove all the hardware install on my pc i do remove also the VGA card the only hardware left is the modem card could it be theres something wrong with my mother im using ECS P4M800 and PENTIUM 4 PROCESSOR
