Why do you have 2 copies of Vista installed and why are shoving the XP cd in?
Maybe you can rephrase the question and spend some time to make it readable without using sms speak so we can understand you.

first check your XP CD,if it is good,Vista is a transition product of Microsoft,You'd better use Windows 7,I have installed and works good.you can download it from http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/... then buy a windows 7 key from http://www.keysaleshop.com .
Hope it can help you.
