My printer isn't working. It happened soon after I installed Smartboard software. I uninstalled the software and it still doesnt work. What should I do? help!

Assuming you have the printer drivers...or at least can get them from the manufacturers web site… In Start (bottom left of your screen) type printer in the search box. Click Printers when it come up in the list In the box that comes up ignore Microsoft XPS Document Writer and click on your printer and press Delete on the keyboard. Unplug (mains & USB) the printer and re-boot computer. Reinstall the printer software and follow instructions. It will tell you to plug ithe printer in at some point. Re-Boot computer when finished.
