Printer problems. .. any ideas?

Specs: Windows Vista, 2G
Can anyone help with a perplexing problem with HP Officejet 45.

The printer worked fine with Vista for 6mo, then stopped.

I have tried everything -
Reinstalled drivers, deleted drivers, downloaded latest drivers from HP site, checked firewall - everything I could think of - but no luck.

If I try to print more than one page - or a page in a long document, it freezes. It just keeps saying 'Printer Error' and I have to delete the print queue

The only thing I can find wrong is one Network Adaptor Driver which is faulty:

Apart from that, everything on the machine's fine.

Any ideas?

Thanks
