Specs: Windows Vista
hi, i just bought a new acer aspire laptop and when i go on the internet all the images are pixelated. I've tried internet explorer and firefox and they're both the same. i have no idea how to put this right. i've tried a few of the display settings but nothing has changed it. when i put my cursor over a picture on the internet a taskbar appears that says "press shift and r to improve the quality of this picture" but when i press them nothing happens? anyone know anything about this sort of problem? thanks

I don't have the answer unfortunately but experience exactly the same problems as sukiesue. I've just bought a HP 6735s.

Any ideas how to resolve this problem? A solution would be greatly appreciated!

With thanks,

What graphics cards are you using? Are the Drivers up to
date? Are you overclocking the graphics card at all?

hi, thanks for the replies. I was told off someone who knows about pcs that it was because i had a high dpi screen. I've tried everything, changing resolution and the screen set up, changing internet image options, tried mozilla suite, and firefox but they have the same problem too. Hopefully there will be a solution to it somehow.
