PC reboots during startup

My new PC keeps rebooting during the startup. CPU cooling is ok. I have intel i7-860.
Can someone help please?

Press F8 a few times as the pc starts to boot & choose the option to disable restart - then when it fails to boot you should see what may be causing the problem. If you have a Vista disk then boot from this and there's an option to 'repair boot problems' which also works quite well. If you haven't got a Vista disk do a Google for Vista boot disk or Vista repair disk, download & use that in the same way.
