Pc is auto clicking and pressing keys

Microsoft Windows vista home premium w/s...

Specs: Windows Vista
In the middle of playing a video game ( first person shooter ) the character was auto moving on its own, as if pressing the W or E key randomly, and then i noticed my mouse became semi un responsive as if it would press left or right mouse button when it felt like it but occasionlly would allow me to doit.

I then shut the computer down and took it offline and ran a scan with Kaspersky and Malwarebytes but came back clean and the whole time i was trying to run these scans the computer was still trying to randomly type W or E and randomly use a mouse button once in a while.

This happens when i boot the computer with NO devices hooked up at all other than monitor. No voice recognition software installed. Fairly clean install only a few weeks old and have only put a few games on it so far. Is there anything else i can check before OSRI or reinstall drivers? Thanks for any help or info

UPDATE: I just tried uninstalling some USB drivers which made my mouse unresponsive, i then restarted the computer and the mouse worked fine but Vista then started installing the drivers for it automatically, once installed the mouse started acting strange with the mouse clicks again. Just a reminder that these mouse clicks and key presses happen with NO devices connected.
