Screen will go black when I try to update or download something off the internet or times when i leave it over night it will not come back on. Sometimes i have to turn it off and then turn it on again for it to work again. Sometimes I have to turn it off and then unplug it then plug it back in before it will work again.
Please post the make/model of your computer or laptop. Why are you leaving it on overnite? The problem may have something to do with your power scheme settings.
The Make and Model is Hp Pavillion a1750y. I do my scans at night time.
We have primarily been having this problem since we put in a new power pack.

Thanks I tried plugging a different monitor in to my tower. This did not solve my issues. I no longer can get my computer to come on at all now.

Yes, the power button lights up and the light under it will flash like there is something going on. The monitor would just go into power saving mode.
