PC crash Malware Defense Virus

Specs: Windows Vista
Allright, Heres my problem, I'm currently in Safe Mode Network. I'll explain in detail.

Yesterday I was browsing IGN.com when an unexpected System update opened. It looked exactly like a Dell Windows update so I clicked "Ok." Next thing I noticed I have Malware Defense installed and it takes effect immediately by turning McAfee and Security Center off and making it to where I could no even open one of them.

I did some research in (Safe mode) and tried Malwarebytes. It, well it removed the virus for the most part. I can now run McAfee and do scans, however heres my issue. When I plug in the internet cable (Cat5E) my PC crashes (SEE IMAGE BELOW)

I can get online while in [Safe Mode With Network] but when I log in on normal and plug the cable in it goes to this bluescreen with white lettering (see image)

I'm not sure if this was caused by Malwarebytes, or the Virus. I tried to system restore but the McAfee scan cleared my restore points.

Any info or suggestions would be appreciated.

That error could mean a corrupted registry, or a hidden rootkit has installed itself, or even Macafee itself could be causing it (just read a post on another forum where the guy removed Macafee and the BSOD problem with that exact same error code occurred no more).

Funny you should mention that. Ive been in safe mode for a while and ran numeras scans; The last set of scans found nothing but I ran Malwarebytes again on quickscan and it found one item.
(Rootkit.TDSS) RegistryKey.
