Partition to boot iso

I have been wanting to install a different OS on my laptop. I got as far as to make my partition that I am going to install it on. That turned out fine, but then i realized the files it to big to put on my flash drive or a DVD. So I was wondering if there is a way i can make another smaller partition that will boot the CD image to install the OS instead of going through the hassle of splitting the ISO file onto multiple dvds

Vista & Windows 7 both OS fit on a single dvd, so I have no idea what you are trying to do, or what you are talking about taking a cd image and splitting it to multiple dvd's.
That's a load of rubish
