Ok, so i got P31 Neo2 V2 Motherboard and Intel Core Duo E5200 Processor.

I Can't overclock higher then 3.1 Ghz. My Monitor doesn't turn on. Then i tried 3.4 Ghz with CPU Voltage 4.1025.

And when i restarted PC all ran well... Until Windows started loading then it restarted itself agen.

So i tought you guys have more experience in OverClocking. Could tell me settings i should set. Please?
