NTLDR not found

I have got in all 240gb disk space (2 hard disks installed) i formatted my disks ( before formatting i had winxp & winvista dual boot) then i installed win xp and upgraded to vista. It was working nicely for a day or two. then in another disk i installed win xp (dual boot) whenever i turned on my pc xp loaded but vista never. i had load it manually from boot menu.as loaded vista it said NTldr missing pls restart. then i formatted vista and tried upgrade my xp this time it did not even complete the setup and same error came.

Boot from the Vista install disc, go into the recovery and repair and open the command-line, from the command-line type this:

Bootrec.exe /FixMbr C:
