Hello! I have a problem with my beautiful Vista: there's no sound at all! The alert pops up saying that driver is not installed, but when I check it in Device manager it shows me it is installed! Please help!

When did this happen? If it happened recently you can try going into safe mode then going to system restore and select a date where it did work.

Second solution is to uninstall the audio driver and then reinstalling it via windows update or the sound card vendors website.

If it's broke, then blow that sucka up!
