Comment: hi, my sound isnt working anymore on webpages like youtube etc ive tried system restore and reinstalling java/flash but is didnt seem to help. anyone know how to fix this? thkx

Reply: (edit)Just curious, Have you checked to see if it's set to play sounds in internet options? start > control panel > internet options > advanced "Play sounds in webpages"

Reply: (edit)yes ive checked. but i also resolved the problem. i had downloaded the k-lite codec pack and needed it to uninstall for world of warcraft for some reason, and thereby it destroyed some registery keys. so i downloaded the k-lite pack again and now its all fixed!!!! yay!!! thkx for the quick reply though! best regards, wesley
