sorry those Links wont open for me , its blocked by a virus, on a public pc. However this link does open for me - http://www.phdcc.com/shellrun/autor... and my next question is , the last diagram down the bottom, it only shows how to disable autoruns on CDs and DVDs , however I need to be able to disable autoruns on USBs as well. any help would be appreciated.

There is an assumption that a CD is not infected. If you don't want cd's to autorun that is a registry edit. If you have access to all usb devices then put an autorun.inf folder on each one to prevent infection. . Playing to the angels Les Paul (1915-2009)
