New Vista user accounts won't log in

Specs: windows vista, 4.00 GB
I created 2 new user accounts. One for each of my
daughters so that I could set up Parental controls for
each of them. When we try to logon to their accounts
we get the message "User profile service service
failed logon. Profile can't be logged on". I can still log
onto my own personal account. What is wrong and
how do I get it where my daughters can have their
own accounts and actually logon to them?

Did you set up the new account with Parental Control THIS way? If not, follow it. Another helpful tutorial is available HERE (slightly scroll down the page to read it).

I did set up the accounts the way that you have referenced. I
followed all the steps exactly. Had no problems with setting up
at all. It just won't let me log into my daughters accounts.

I'm having the exact same problem. What kind of computer do you have? I asked a question similar to this and if I get the answer I'll try and find you again and help you out too. Your question was probably asked a long time ago but if you ever got it fixed please tell me how.
