We’ve got an employee that logs in fine on his office computer (Windows XP). But, when ever he logs into our shared PC, Windows Vista Ultimate, his profile keeps getting reset – meaning it’s new user profile every time. Also, I do not see a his folder on the C:\Users\. It’s just not there.

Do you have the shared PC linked to a network server or is it just a free-standing shared pc? If it is linked to the main office network server, is your employee using the same login username and password? Also if both pc's are on the same network make sure the employees login allows him/her to roam on the network. If the shared pc is not connected to the network server set up a different login convention.

Yes, the shared PC is connected to the network. Yes, he's using the same user login for both his office PC and shared PC. He's not setup to use roaming profile. The weird part is that he's the only one that having this problem. We've got, at least, 30 user's who've logged in and the profiles are saved on the Users folder on Vista. But, he's is the only one that the user profiles is not being saved.
