When I try to log into a new user (just created it) I get the error "the user profile service failed the logon." Every tutorial regarding a fix is for users that already exist. This a is a problem with brand new users. I can log into every old user I have. What would prevent my ability to log into a new account? (it does not work in safe mode either)
