My dad had a new VISTA laptop and it worked fine on the internet and everything (on a wireless netowrk im my house)
and then something happened to the laptop in like the 3rd day saying it needed to back up the system or something so we did that and now when we search for wireless connectiuons in the area none show up.

I think its because 'Network Discovery' is turned off, but then i click 'turn on' it says 'need promission to continue' so i click 'continune' and nothing happens, it still says newtork discovery is turned off :'(

Can someone tell me how to turn it on or is there some other button that needs to be turned on first or something, please help!!!
