Everything was working fine until I installed some virtual private network software (forgot which one- I uninstalled it after I saw there was a problem hoping it would fix it). Now, whenever I click on "Network and Sharing Center" the window takes about 5 minutes to load. Once it is loaded, the window becomes unresponsive (cant click on anything) and the window must be closed via alt+control+del. Ultimately, I am just trying to disable password protected sharing on this window that is locking up. I was wondering if this can be done through the registry or if there is any other way to disable this.

Thanks!
Phil

Does Vista support any system restore feature? See the help and support pages on Vista to see how to return to a time when it worked maybe.

I read it wrong and answer it wrong too. So get off my case you goober.
