somebody please help. i was tryin to open afil this mornin and tried to change the 'open with' setting. i forgot to uncheck the 'always use this program t open this type of file' box. it has now lined all m files to the same thing and icant seem to change them back. i know how tochange pics, music and video back. but wht about the actual programs, itunes, media player, etc. please help as i dont have a backup

Left click on one of the 'm' files one time to select it and then hold down the Shift key and right click on the file, choose Open With, select the program desired and make sure to check the box to always use that program. Otherwise you could go into ITunes, for example and go to it's Otions and set the file types there. Same for Windows Media Player. HTH Bryan
