Specs: Windows Vista
I belive I have a virus called hjgruintrtesihgq, but can find nothing on any search engines about it. I constantly get an error message about it from norton 360 v3. it says its in the c:\windos\temp directory but don't see it even with view hidden and system files enabled. before i installed norton 360 v3. all my search engines results took me to random web sites. now with norton 360 installed my search results takes me to the right place, but constantly get an error message about this "hjgruintrtesihgq.tmp" or "hjgruiqmlvwms.dll"

Awfully, but we too have faced a similar problem. I so also could not make anything. It was necessary to format the computer. At the same time also has removed from it all superfluous.

Boot to a linux live cd or barts cd and try to remove it.

As above your best choice might end up being a clean install, follow that by best practices to avoid this again.

"Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, antivirus, anti-spyware, Live CD's, backups, are in my top 10
