Need help /w winsock batch file

I have not had to write anything like a batch file in a very long time, and not to run within Vista.

I need to open the command prompt(cmd)then run "netsh winsock reset catalog" at start up. Then close the prompt.

I am having to run this frequently to work around a problem. This would be a work around until a later solution can be found and applied. I would appreciate any help.
