hi, i know many people already asked this question, but in my case is different. it happened couple days ago and it's still happening now. what happen is, when i turn on my laptop and just like usual, the main home page shows and the programs start to run or "warming up" and not even 1 minute after the home page showed, my laptop restarting by itself, but when i choose "safe mode and networking" it works fine, even though i can't enjoying my laptop the same way as the normal mode. i scanned my laptop, thought that it maybe because of viruses, but now my laptop is clear and it kept doing the same thing, restarting by itself just as soon as the home page showed. what should i do?!? thanks

Having a blue screen flashing quicly? REMOVE any newly installed software and remove any new Hardware,and see if it helps...

What software did you use to scan your computer for viruses/malware? Google: "Malwarebytes", and "Spybot" Download both and do a full scan; remove what is found. (If you haven't yet done that) Jarvis -Technician TekTime www.time4tech.com
