i bought a hp pavillion dv5 windows vista new and the 25 digit product key on the sticker on the bottom side of my pc doesnt work says its the incorrecy key.. can anyone help??
Are you trying to reinstall Windows? If so, are you using the correct manufacturer's disks to do so? Otherwise, where doesn't the product key work?
i bought my pc a while ago now and it had windows pre installed so the product key on the sticker is not corect.. it is a OEM version so my product key may differ from product key on sticker. i cant use any of my microsoft office its all stuck in demo and the product keys are hidden in demo mode! and i have never needed to use he office up until now!
Office is a separate product. You need to purchase a licence and key to convert the demo into the full product. (Or just use Libre Office for free.)
