This computer I have at home randomly freezes, 3-4 times per day, and the only way out of it has been to reboot. A friend suggested that I format the hard drive and reinstall Vista...but I'm not sure if this is the problem. I get no error's prior to the freeze, just a complete stoppage. I tried purchasing another video card because I wanted that anyway...but the problem persists. suggestions welcomed.

have you tried putting a heater on it?
seriously though, is the memory sticks the same manufacture? if not that could be the problem, I had one do that one time and had to switch it and then it quit feezing up on me.
