My computer keep restarting

Specs: Windows 7, 2ghz
Hi! My computer keep starting over when ever I open it. It show a me a phrase that says ''PXE-MOF: EXITING PXE ROM Disk boot Failure , insert system disk press enter''. But the problem I dont have the system disk. Please help me?

PXE-MOF: EXITING PXE ROM Disk boot Failure

That message means the system is trying to boot from the network card because it can't find a bootable hard drive. That often means the hard drive has failed and will have to be replaced.

You can make sure by testing it with the drive manufacturer's diagnostic software for DOS. The links are here:
