whenever i turn on my laptop it comes up with ms-dos then this:
A:\> and whatever i type it says bad command or file name

Eject the disk out of your floppy drive and reboot.

thanx now when i reboot a blue page comes up with dumping of
physical memory with a countdown and after the countdown it
restarts and the same thing happens???

Your windows has become corrupted. Did you install any thing prior to this problem?

Try booting to Safe Mode. Hold down the F8 when booting and when the menu comes up select the top item.

the same thing happens? goes to blue screen then restart after
the countdown
